Part-time Management
We provide part-time, executive level IT Management experience to your organisation where it is not cost-effective to retain the services of a full-time experienced CIO, CTO or IT Director, but where the strategic and tactical needs of your company require such an individual. Arrangements can be made in a number of different ways.
- Ad-hoc
- You decide when you need input and advice and we will provide the right resource when you need it.
- Retained
- A monthly retainer would give you access to a set amount of IT management experience and resource on a call-off basis.
- Non-exec
- This is similar to the retained option, but with a more formal title and a non-exec position on the Board of Directors. Besides access to the IT experience it also allows you to show the existence of an experienced, strong management team. This could be valuable in customer acquisition as well as funding negotiations.
